Team Ming are led by Ming Liu. Ming and her family live in Long Bay where her daughter attends the local primary school. Ming has a strong commitment to the Long Bay area – she’s marketed and sold every type of property ranging from sections, new developments, new house builds to existing homes. Ming is passionate and committed and will always go the extra mile to provide her clients with an exceptional real estate experience. Through her extensive real estate dealings in the area she is well known to developers, builders and home owners.
Ming is assisted by Sales Consultants Tim Lee and Harry Zheng. Tim and his young family are also Long Bay residents. Tim has been active in the property market since 2007 and his own experiences as a vendor and buyer helps him tune in to his clients needs and meet their real estate goals. Harry and his family reside in the East Coast Bays. A relative newcomer to real estate Harry utilizes the analytical skills learnt during his career in IT to understand the market and provide sound advice to his clients.
Originally from the UK, Holly immigrated to New Zealand in 2004 and settled in Hobsonville. With a background in Office Management and over 7 years of experience in the Real estate industry, she has gained extensive knowledge in both Sales and Property Management departments.
As Ming’s Executive Assistant, Holly leverages her expertise in client relations, organisation, and innovative thinking to ensure that Team Ming delivers first class professional service to all clients.
